ESO - Disease Necromancer RP-Build

So Update 44 rolled out and ruined this build a bit. Sorry.

Lately, I've been playing around with Necromancers. A few weeks ago, I showed you a OneBar Disease Necro, and today, we'll take a look at another version of the Build. This has two weapons, a lot of DoTs and - a set that was nerfed with Update 44. I think this might still work in PvE but it won't be as good as I hoped.
