Fire Spinning / Fire Hoop Tutorial for Beginners 🔥

I get asked a lot about teaching fire skills and was planning on doing some classes before everything changed! Heres a brief run down of fire hooping for those in other areas or still in lockdown. Please be sure you can do these tricks with ease with a normal hoop before attempting it with fire!

Also note you should wear natural fibres and fitted clothing, synthetic fibres can melt - not good! Frilly or loose things are easier to catch fire. Denim, cotton, leggings, shorts, leather, silk all good 🔥

Best tie long hair up and avoid flammable products on skin & hair.
