Hoop Tutorial - Fire Hoop Chest Roll

Ever wonder how in the world people do chest rolls with fire hoops?? I did too so I practiced up until I figured it out so now I want to pass the hoop knowledge onto you! ^-^ Have fun figuring this one out, and if you have any questions or suggestions for improving this technique then please comment below!
