Kylie V - Big Blue - LIVE at Blue Light Sessions

Kylie V (they/them) is an 18-year-old indie folk-rock singer-songwriter hailing from Vancouver, Canada. This up-and-coming teen cites Bright Eyes, Elliott Smith, Phoebe Bridgers, and Big Thief as some of their core inspiration. Kylie has been writing, performing, and playing music since childhood, and started their career at 14 with a collection of self-recorded songs called Lotus Eater. Their debut album Big Blue, produced by Harley Small, was released in February 2021 to critical acclaim and over 500k streams since its release. After Big Blue, Kylie has also done a KEXP Live at Home session, opened for the likes of Peach Pit, Luca Fogale, and Hurray For The Riff Raff, and released two singles: November, their latest original song, and a cover of Taylor Swift's All Too Well. Kylie's sophomore album is set to release in the first half of 2023.

Blue Light Sessions provides an intimate and unique experience for both artists and music lovers alike. The concert series, presented by JumpAttack! Records, takes place at Blue Light Studio in East Vancouver, BC in the beautiful main recording room.
