Learning the Double Salmon Ladder

One thing that will help you guys out on your own salmon ladder journey is making sure that you really train your grip prior to ever attempting an ascent of the double salmon ladder. I have been regularly training my grip and pullup strength religiously before I ever built my salmon ladder. However, even if your muscles are prepared for the abuse of the double salmon ladder, there is a very large mental block that you'll probably have to break through before you conquer it. It also might help to have a mat or some sort of cushion underneath you as taking a nosedive can fell fairly painful.
