With the location at the intersection of several different highways such as NPE, MEX, Sg Besi Highway and etc, plus the direct connectivity to the Kuchai MRT station are the main reasons why this project stands out among investors. The potential for high rental returns are incredible.

The materials given and built quality overall feels decent, but my favourite space would be the floor layout. The corridor just feels so comfortable. With the open layout design, the experience going back home is just pleasant. This project is built to this high level of standard also because it's a 'demo' to their upcoming phase 2.

However, the noise intensity is very high throughout the entire visit. That would be the price to pay for being located adjacent to highways and MRT stations. Overall, a very decent investment property where the rental can easily cover the installment for the home loan=)
