Kim May explains her mind-body-spirit approach to personal training. Understanding that her clients’ happiness is based on more than just physical health and fitness, Kim examines the critical benefits of positive thinking and self-talk and the need to own your role in creating joy. With over 36 years as a personal trainer, half of those years owning her own business, Kim May understands her client's needs. She has put that knowledge to use in her roles as wife and mother, author, and speaker. Kim has learned to find joy.
