Sofia’s talk explores the concept of celebrating unique passions. In a world that can so often be intolerant of difference, favoring predictable conformity over the groundbreaking, how can we celebrate what may be outside of the mainstream? What are the possibilities for those unique visions and voices, and why is it important we celebrate and nurture one another's passions? Sofia Jun (class of 2025) is currently a seventh grader at Ecole Bilingue, a bilingual immersion school in Berkeley, California.
