Marakoopa Cave at Mole Creek Tasmania / Touring around Tasmania

Marakoopa Cave is found in the Great Western Tiers of Tasmania's North just near Mole Creek. The cave is Lime Stone and is absolutely amazing. You feel like your walking through an enchanted fairy tale of glistening calcite crystals. This beautiful cave is set in prestine rain forest and has everything you would want in a cave from delicate straws to rim pools, glistening stalactites and stalagmites with underground rivers and reflective pools. You will be mesmerised by this cave from the moment you enter and if you have never seen Glow Worms then this will be a highlight to see these incredible creatures. Marakoopa Caves won't disappoint young or old.
