Think of someone who approached their
test calmly. Your friend who passed

An imagined version of yourself
on a good lesson day.

Step into them.

How do they sit? How do they hold
the wheel? What's their breathing like?

Try it on for thirty seconds.

Basically — even an imagined calm
leaves a real trace. Your brain
doesn't fully distinguish between
the two.

You're not pretending to be them.
You're just borrowing their state
long enough for your own brain to
remember what calm feels like.
