When you overthink — there's an image
running in your head.
A picture of yourself hesitating.
Getting it wrong. Messing up.
Your brain is playing that on a loop.
This is where hypnotherapy comes in.
What we do is replace that image.
If it's safe to do so — close your
eyes tonight.
See that image of yourself overthinking
in the car. Make it clear. Really see it.
Now — in the bottom corner — place a
tiny image of yourself driving calmly.
Confident. Relaxed.
Then — swish them.
The calm image explodes to fill the
whole picture.
The anxious one shrinks to nothing.
