MY WW MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS | FULL DAY OF EATING | TACO BOWLS | ZOODLES | GARLIC ROLLS | COOKIES

Hey everyone - thanks for watching my meal prep video. I've been prepping like this for about a year now and thought I would start sharing on you tube. I get lots of great tips and tricks on here and love this platform! So thanks for joining and please subscribe so you don't miss any future videos. I upload at least 2 - 3 times per week!

Below are the recipe details:

Turkey Taco Bowl - 2 points on the WW Blue Plan
1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
1/2 pack hot & spicy taco seasoning
1/2 pack original taco seasoning
1/2 packet of Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Brown turkey in skillet, add in remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
Also, need whole kernal corn drained and rinsed and black beans drained and rinsed and just add to bowls. I just warm mine in the microwave and serve over a bed of lettuce and add salsa, guacamole, and some non fat greek yogurt as toppings and this is delicious! I also like to eat this with Baked Tostitos.
Makes 3 Servings and is 2 points on the WW Blue Plan

Ground Turkey Marinara - 3 points on the WW Blue Plan
2 lbs of lean ground turkey
1 28 oz can of Hunts Diced tomatoes with garlic, oregano, basil
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 Jar of DelGrosso Pasta Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Oregano
Italian Season
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Brown the turkey and then add in all ingredients. Season to taste. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Makes 8 Servings that are 3 Points per serving on the WW Blue Plan

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cookies:
1 scoop PE Science Chocolate Cupcake Protein Powder
1 scoop Syntrax Matrix Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Powder
****I'm sure any chocolate and peanut butter flavored protein powder will work****
200 grams of 100% Pure Pumpkin
5 grams of sugar free Jello chocolate fudge pudding mix
5 grams of Hersheys Special Dark Cocao
1 tbsp of baking powder
100 grams of egg whites
14 grams of Lilly's Dark Chocolate No Sugar Added Baking Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add in the pumpkin and egg whites. If mixture seems a little dry you can add a little more egg whites. Mix together well. Then add in the chocolate chips.

Scoop mixture into 12 scoops onto a baking sheet.
Bake for about 9-10 minutes.
Don't overcook them...they will firm up more once they cool.
These are 1 point for 2 cookies on the WW Blue Plan.

Two Ingredient Garlic Rolls:
1.5 cups of self rising flour
1 cup of Non Fat Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Garlic Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the flour and garlic powder together. Then mix in the yogurt and form into a dough ball. I weigh the dough in gram and divide it by 18 so that i can make 18 rolls. Roll out and put on a baking sheet. Spray the top of the rolls with butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle the top of the rolls with garlic salt. Bake for about 12 -14 minutes. Then turn oven on broil and brown the tops of the rolls. These are 1 point per roll on the WW Blue Plan.
**I did increase amounts in this video to make 24 rolls...but this is my typical recipe**
