Deutz-Fahr 7250 TTV HD: Number seven attack! (Tractor Review and Field Test)

Deutz-Fahr present their new 7 series with lots of confidence - and justifiably so. The 7250 TTV HD comes with one of the most modern transmissions available on the market today, a shiftless compound transmission. In this type of build, planetary gears both split engine power between a mechanical and a hydrostatic component as well as add it back up together afterwards. While Deutz-Fahr still will not name the supplier, we believe the box is made by Claas Industrietechnik.

The new Dana front axle M60HD allows the tractor to carry a payload of up to 6.8 tons. With that, Deutz-Fahr, member of the SDF group (Lamborghini, Same, Hürlimann), have made their 7 series attractive to a lot more potential buyers than before.
