Chris Henry, Self Educated Expert in Family Court, Child Support, Title IVD, and Fighting Back!

This is Chris second appearance on LI Backstory. After we did the show last time, we were inundated with messages about how Chris case is doing, and how can he be reached, so I asked him to come back on the show.
A little background, Chris has a career in finance, where he worked for several of the major institutions on Wall Street for approximately 12 years. He is a subject matter expert on finance and taxes for the IRS and the State of New York.
Chris filed for divorce in Manhattan about 11 years ago, and this where the story begins where he suffered the nightmare of the family Court and the Child Support Collection agency.
As result of his experience with the courts and child support, he filed lawsuits in the Southern District of New York (Manhattan). He filed two lawsuits filed against Judge Tandra Dawson of the Supreme Court, and Support Magistrate Paul Ryneski and New York State itself.
he sued under the category Title 42 USC 1983 for conspiracy and fraud under the Social Security Administration Title IV-D .
In the episode, not only does Mr. Henry update us on his lawsuits, but shares a wealth of information he has learned, including how to get your drivers license back when suspended for child support.
