嫩滑蒸蛋 | Silky Soft Steamed Eggs Recipe in Under 2 Minutes!

Growing up, steamed eggs was always a dish I looked forward to. My grandma would make it with eggs, mushrooms, pork, and salted eggs. In this version, we go back to the basics and learn how to make a simple Chinese steamed egg. With this recipe, you can add any ingredient you want to make an even more delicious dish! Try it now!

Ingredients | 材料
4 Large eggs | 雞蛋 4 隻
1/2 Cup of milk | 牛奶 1/2 杯
Chicken stock / broth 1 cup | 雞湯 1 杯
Green onions as much as you’d like | 青蔥隨意

*NOTE* after adding the soy sauce, I found the dish to be slightly salty. As mentioned in the video, the soy sauce is not necessary but you can add sweet soy sauce if you'd like as it does go well with rice!
