Preserved bean curd 3 cubes | 腐乳 3 塊
Red pepper 25g | 紅椒 25克
Ginger 7g | 姜 7g
Garlic 1 clove | 蒜頭 1 隻
Sugar 1/2 tsp | 糖 1/2 湯匙
Oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp | 糖 1/2 湯匙
A dash of cooking wine |少少廚酒
A dash of Sesame oil | 少少麻油
For the slurry:
Corn Starch 1.5 tsp + 1 tbsp water | 澱粉 1.5 茶匙 + 1 湯匙水
