Seven Wave Sat Nam Meditation with Sat Dharam Kaur N.D. and Dr. Gabor Maté

This meditation can be practiced daily to develop healthy habits and change the thought patterns associated with addiction. After the first "sat" (rhymes with "but") pulse the next five syllables as "aah" and then finish with "nam" (rhymes with mom). As you do this, visualize each of the sounds being threaded through each of the chakras beginning with the base of the spine and ending at the top of the head. The chakra locations are: base of spine, sex organs, one inch below the belly button, between the breasts, at the throat, between the eyebrows and at the top of the head. The eyes are closed, focussed between the eyebrows. Bring your attention to rest in each of the chakra locations and to merge with the sound. Enjoy!
