Shabd Kriya - Kundalini Yoga Pranayam

Sat Dharam Kaur ND guides us through a simple Kundalini Yoga pranayam called Shabd Kriya, a great exercise to practice before bed to induce sleep, and to help regulate biological rhythms. It has helped many people overcome insomnia when practiced for at least 15 minutes each night before bed. Let us know how it works for you!

It's best to chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3x before beginning any Kundalini Yoga practice. Unfortunately this meditation was recorded during a class after the mantra had already been chanted.

This meditation was originally introduced by Yogi Bhajan and is a classic Kundalini Yoga practice.
