And since the weather is perfect,

I decided to find a smaller gogi-jip with some nice outdoor seating.
야외에서 먹을 수 있는 작은 고깃집을 찾기로 했어요.
Sitting by the ocean,
바다 옆에 앉아서,
listening to the waves crash against the sound of the sizzling black pork,
흑돼지가 지글지글 익는 소리와 파도가 치는 소리를 들으면서요.
I can say that Myeongsudong was the perfect place to start our Jeju culinary road trip.

This humble restaurant serves aged black pork
