We block this nerves as a part of the extended proximal femoral triangel block.
Relevant for motorsparing blocks for total knee arthroplasy. Supply the skin over and proximal for the patella.
We combine Extended proximal femoral triangle with popliteal plexus block for TKA and ACL. Motrosparing blocks. Most patient can ambulant with no or almoust no pain after surgery.
