ONE MONTH in Phuket - Gym Hopping, Scuba Diving, Big Buddha

I flew to Phuket, Thailand to host and coach my first Train + Travel Camp. I was lucky enough to enjoy the island for one full month, training at top gyms, sparring with ONE Championship fighters, Muay Thai champions, and doing some short hikes around the area. I also got my PADI Open Water license, and ate some delicious food. I really hope this video inspires you to visit Phuket sometime!
