AKA THAILAND TRAINING (PHUKET) | FITNESS STREET VLOGS

In this video, I will share my AKA Thailand training experience so you will know what to expect if you ever decide to come and train here.

I had never trained at AKA Thailand before and I wanted to taste it. And I'm glad I did. Training at this gym feels like you are training in the middle of a jungle, even though it is only a 15 minute scooter ride from all of the other major Muay Thai gyms on Fitness Street (Soi Taied).

Also, my trainer (Kru Pet) had a very enthusiastic coaching style that encouraged me to really push my physical boundaries. He also focused on my technique.

The class seems to be a "mixed" class of all levels. As there were guys that were very experienced in the class with guys like me (semi-clueless haha)
