From wikipedia: "Natural Snow Buildings is a duo from France, consisting of artists Mehdi Ameziane and Solange Gularte. They play music which can be classified as experimental psychedelic folk with drone elements and ambient influences. Formed in 1998, they have released numerous albums, many of them in extremely limited quantities." There are two kinds of Natural Snow Buildings songs: 1. Weird folk songs, and 2. Long instrumental drone songs. This album takes the more approachable tracks from their epic two (or maybe four) disc album The Dance of the Moon and the Sun (and from the "outtakes" Sunlit Stone - Moon and Sunlit Stone - Sun). This is some beautifully haunting stuff, enjoy!
