HOW TO CALM YOUR MIND FROM ANXIETY 💎

This one practice has legit transformed my life over the last decade.
Pausing a few times throughout the day for 2 minutes and shifting my attention from doing/thinking to the 3 B's:

1. Breath
2. Body Awareness
3. Brow Center

... has been the most empowering practice all of these years, stabilizing a sense of ease regardless of outer circumstances.

I see this practice as a coming home ... to the authentic self.

The best thing is that this simple practice is available to all of us in any moment, which is why I am sharing it with you today.

One thing that my spiritual teacher, Leonard Jacobson, once shared is that when we are present, it is like watering a seed. A little water daily goes a long way. Over time, that seed of calm grows and grows.

I like to think of the breath as water ... watering the seed of calm and serenity inside.

Even when life gets messy, that seed is still growing, the tree is strengthening ...
