Measuring DC2DC Converter Efficiency - 12v Solar Shed

As charge controllers and solar panels get more efficient we shouldn't be throwing away the energy when we use it. I wanted to see how efficient my DC2DC converter was on the load of my 7s Lithium Ion pack.
