Should You Work Out If You're SICK?!

I've lost over 130 pounds and generally stick to a regular exercise routine. However every now and then we all catch a cold, the flu or some other virus that throws a wrench in our gears for a bit. So what do you do if you get sick while trying to maintain a workout routine? In this video I talk a little bit about what I do during the times when I'm feeling a little under the weather.
