This pizza has 152g of PROTEIN with an ALL MEAT Crust!

This low calorie / high protein MEATZA has 152g of protein and is only 1,150 calories for the WHOLE THING. It's low in carbs and low in fat as well, and is great for weight loss and muscle building!

RECIPE:
Chicken Crust Ingredients:
1 lb / 453g of ground chicken
1 large egg
1 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
6 tsp / 28g grated parmesan
43.5g Fat Free Mozzarella

Toppings
105g Traditional Pasta Sauce
74.5g Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella for top of pizza
24 slices of Turkey Pepperoni
Optional: sprinkle on Basil, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika

Additional:
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Cooking Spray

Mix all ingredients for chicken crust. Spray a 14” pizza pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper, then form chicken mixture into a pizza crust in the pan. Bake at 400°F / 200°C for 20 minutes. While baking, spray mozzarella with ICBINB spray and mix, this will help the fat free cheese to melt. When chicken is baked, take out of oven and top with sauce, cheese, pepperoni and sprinkle additional seasonings to taste, then put back in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes until toppings look good. Slice into 6 equal slices and serve.
