What you’ll need:
210g Caster sugar
250g Butter unsalted

200g Self-raising flour
3 Large free range eggs
185g Milk full cream

1 Tbsp Honey + extra to brush on later
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

2 pinches of Sea salt

180C Oven
15-20 minutes

Citrus or other fruits of your choice to top.
