Also yes this is similar to the one from Shokugeki, but also inspired from one of Japan’s best restaurant (and the world’s) called DEN.

1 cup of cooked koshihikari rice
50g Unsalted butter
15g Furikake seasoning
1 Garlic
2 Shiitake mushrooms, fresh
Chives
Salt
