WIP vkQuake on the VisionFive 2 RISC-V SBC

After getting vkcube working on the VisionFive 2, I wanted to see if I could get more Vulkan things working.

I found this thread from two years ago! It looks like we only had Vulkan working on the CPU and performance was very low.

Now we have better performance, but you can clearly see that the Vulkan driver still needs work.
