NATIONAL VIETNAM WAR VETERANS DAY

NATIONAL VIETNAM WAR VETERANS DAY: Naval Support Activity Panama City Commanding Officer Cmdr. Keith Foster encourages everyone to remember the sacrifices of the 9 million who served during this difficult chapter of our country's history. The Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act of 2017 designates March 29 of each year as National Vietnam Veterans Recognition Day. The date is significant as it marks the day when troops left Vietnam in 1973. Today, we will honor those who answered our Nation's call to duty.
