Electronic Arts is the latest company to be questioned by investors over plans to enrich its corporate leadership for no justifiable reason. EA recently tried to award executives millions in bonuses, but were voted down. As they should be.
The news follows Activision being questioned over plans to give CEO Bobby Kotick a small fortune to add to his huge fortune, as EA further demonstrates that the "AAA" game industry is one long con designed to make a few rich old men extraordinarily wealthy.
The whole thing is a scam, and it's so blatant that even the investors funding the travesty are getting confused.
