12-Year-Old Rapper Lil C-Note Charged With Disorderly Conduct in Mall

Chaos erupted at an Atlanta shopping mall after a cop grabbed hold of a 12-year-old rapper who was allegedly selling his CDs without permission. The youngster's aunt recorded the scene involving police. “You're gonna go to a youth detention center if you don't stop,” the cop told rapper Lil’ C-Note during the Oct. 6 incident. “He's not doing anything. He had his rights. He's not even doing anything right now, sir,” his aunt said. Police claim the aunt then "physically attacked" the officer. #InsideEdition
