9-Year-Old Girl Who Cried About Police Shootings Gets To 'Arrest' Officers
9-year-old Zianna Oliphant pulled over and arrested police officers from Gainesville, Florida. Oliphant, from Charlotte, North Carolina, once brought a room to tears with her emotional plea to bridge the police department's relationship with the community last year.
