Melissa Benoist returned as Supergirl, filming in Vancouver, Canada. Melissa was seen back on set fighting crime as she filmed scenes in New Westminster, Canada. Kara (Melissa) returned to National City and was seen wielding a weapon as she walked towards a forcefield in the city of New Westminster. The scene involved a lot of damaged police cars and extras fleeing as the star returned to protect National City. Melissa also gave out some love to the film crew as she put up the heart sign in between takes.
