Mutton Head Gravy | Mutton Thala Gravy

Add oil in a cooker. Then add the finely chopped small onion. Fry it till it turns slight brown in colour. Then add ginger garlic paste. Fry it well. Then add the green chilli, tomato, garam masala, turmeric, curry leaves, corriander leaves and salt. Stir it well. Then add the goat head and water. Let it boil for 3 minutes. Now close the cooker with its lid and let it whistle for 12 times. Then off the cooker and keep it aside to let the pressure down. The boiling process is over now. To make curry, take a pan and add gingerly oil. Then add fennel, a finely chopped big onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry it well. Then add tomato, gravy masala and little salt. Separate the boiled goat head in a bowl and the soup in another bowl. Add the boiled goat head in the pan and mix it well with the masala. Cook it for 5 minutes. Then add the soup. After 10 minutes, keep the flame in sim. Leave it till the oil separates on the sides. At this time off the stove and serve the hot goat head gravy.
