Crowned Eagle chick progress filmed with a drone from day 1 to week 12

At Mbuluzi Game Reserve in Eswatini in early August 2022 a pair of Crowned Eagles (Stephanoaetus coronatus) were seen tending to a nest and incubating eggs on a newly build nest. The same pair had build, used and successfully raised a chick at a different nest around 300m away in 2020.
On around the 5th of October a little chick hatched.
After weeks of careful habituation to the presence of a DJI drone the parents and chick paid absolutely no attention to it as it spied on them from a short distance.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PERMISIONS FROM GAME RESERVE MANAGEMENT NEED TO BE AQUIRED BEFORE FLYING ANY DRONE IN A WILDLIFE RESERVE AND IT NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT AND SENSITIVITY TO ALL THE ANIMALS IN THE AREA.
