엉덩이 통증이나 염증으로 병원에 내원하는 환자들이 많이 있습니다.
이번 영상같은 경우는 일반인이라면 겉으로 봐선 전혀 감이 안오는
엉덩이통증으로 오셨는데요...
다행히 환자가 예민하셔서 염증없이 내원하게 된 케이스에요..
엉덩이통증에는 여러가지 질환이 있습니다.

피지낭종으로 내원하셨어요.
환자들은 본인이 어떤질환인지 모르고 오시기 때문에
의사가 정확한 진단을 내리고 치료를 하는것이 중요합니다.
이렇게 크고 조직과 캡슐 유착이 심한 피지낭종은 핀홀법으로 한다면
캡슐꺼내는건 불가능해요.
이렇게 큰 피지낭종은 흉터보단 재발에 더 신경써야 한다는점
