Having brought you a review of each element, including a mudra to help tune into and balance our fire, air, ether, earth and water, I now bring you the palm - the key to each element.

By tapping into the energy of our palm we help balance our left and right sides of the brain, we tune into our amazing resource of intelligence, memory, knowledge, intuition and insight! Watch as we practice a mudra to help calm our minds plus we take 3 long deep breaths to rest in this pose with tranquility.
