One of the most common requests for massage help I receive is from people in lockdown who have walked more than usual, also perhaps straining their joints with twisting movements and need a little advice on how to bring harmony back to their knees. We may well be nervous to treat our own knees but with a little care and body awareness we can work out what feels good thus clear toxins and get back to full knee health. In this clip I also talk about how I found out that I had a following around the world. Scary!
