I deviated from the recipe a bit because I very rarely cook pork in the apt. My adaptation was fine and I’m sure TK’s recipe was dynamite. Funny story, these set off my smoke alarm despite no smoke in the apt. I guess it was from the fat? Anyways, I needed them to cook just a little bit longer but was spooked about putting them into the oven again, so I finished cooking them in the microwave. Viva Chef Microwave!
