How to make brownies in 30 mins 布朗尼超快食谱 - Super Easy Brownie Recipe

Hey everyone, we are back today with a recipe on Brownies, courtesy of a friend of mine. This recipe is extremely easy and only requires basic ingredients. Customisable with various topings so that you can create your favourite brownie.

For this recipe you will need
200g sugar (can reduce down to 140g if too sweet)
64g all purpose flour
40g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
113g butter (melted)
50g dark chocolate
50g white chocolate

Steps:
1. Sieve dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix.
2. Bake 20-22 minutes.
3. Cool and serve.
