Creamy Butter Chicken 奶油鸡 | Super Simple, Rich and Savoury Chicken Recipe

Hey everyone, welcome back to g8stromania. Today, I will be sharing with everyone a super addictive dish called Creamy Butter Chicken. If you're a fan of chicken dishes, and like sweet, savoury stuff, this dish is for you! Guaranteed to make children love it and adults like it. It also doesn't take alot of time to prepare and the ingredients are quite common, making it easier for those of you prepare it at home!

For this recipe you will need the following:
450g chicken thigh meat
Seasoned with: 1 egg white, dash of white pepper powder, 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 egg white
2 tbsp of Corn Starch

Some sprigs of curry leaves
1 bird's eye chilli (optional)
50g butter
150ml Evaporated milk
120g sweet potato flour

Steps: Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Then Fry sauce until thickened and add in the fried chicken. Mix evenly until each piece is coated evenly.
