How to make a mango cheesecake without gelatin.
Mango madness cheesecake pots!! Delicious refreshing mango pulp cheesecake with a buttery biscuit base. Yummy & easy no bake recipe that everyone will love, perfect for a hot summers’ day.
Ingredients
200g digestive biscuits
50g butter
150ml double cream
200g cream cheese
50g caster sugar
85g mango pulp (To mix into the cream cheese filling)
Top with extra whip double cream and add extra mango pulp to finish (optional)

Leave to refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
