Ingredients

Cupcake:
120g butter
120g caster sugar
120g self raising flour
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
1-2tbs milk

Cheesecake frosting:
150ml double cream
180g cream cheese
1/2 cup icing sugar (or use a 1/4 cup if you prefer it less sweet )

Bake at 160c for 20 mins
