This is your responsibility and you have to take ownership of it. ⁣

Therapy is a taboo topic amongst men, especially black men, enough of that shit.⁣
⁣
We go through more living in this country than most folks can even imagine.⁣
⁣
You need to talk about that shit and not hold everything in. Because that’s when blow ups happen. And that can alter your life. Permanently.⁣
