DINAKDAKAN YUMMY AND EASY WAY | CEBU STYLE

This video will teach you how to cook Dinakdakan.
DINAKDAKAN is a popular appetizer that is originated from the Ilocos region here in the Philippines.
It is usually made with pig parts like ears, face, mascara, liver, and pork brain. My version is consists of a pig's face, ears, and liver. This recipe is very easy and quick to prepare and delicious. It is perfectly paired with a glass of beer pulutan.

This is a deviation from the authentic recipe in which pork mask, liver, and innards are commonly utilized. This dish has the same delicious taste and it should be easier to prepare.

Ingredients

1KG pork face & ears
½kg Mayonnaise
2 pieces red onion sliced into thin pieces
3 pieces spring onion
3 pieces red chili peppers chopped
4 pieces long green pepper sliced
1 thumb-sized ginger chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 ½ quarts water
