Who doesn’t have weaknesses? Everyone does, but should we be limited because of our weaknesses? If we are so focused on what we are weak at, we will only move backwards as humans. Instead, put focus on what we are good at, our strengths, is what propels us forward as humans.

Chen Chow has experience building start-ups, working at MNCs and consulting. He has multi-regional experience in the Asian markets, where he worked closely with teams across 10+ countries in Asia Pacific. Chen Chow is currently the Co-founder of Fave, Southeast Asia’s leading online-to-offline (O2O) rewards and loyalty platform, driving South East Asian countries to grow the digital landscape towards a cashless society.

Before starting Fave, Chen Chow led regional operations for Groupon Asia Pacific, moving up the ranks since joining as COO for Groupon Malaysia and Taiwan in 2012. Prior to Groupon, Chen Chow was a product manager at JobStreet.com and management consultant at Accenture. Apart of building his own company Fave, Chen Chow is actively involved in Malaysian start-up ecosystem supporting young entrepreneurs through mentoring and being an angel investor to 10 start-ups as well.
