Jalapeno Jelly - Cowboy Candy - Jalapeno Poppers

Welcome to The Frayed Knot Homestead. We are planted in Arkansas, grow zone 7B. Our goal is to grow and raise 85% of the food we consume in a year on our two acres. It is nice to meet you, and I'm thrilled to have you along on this journey!

I harvested 18 pounds of Jalapenos! The jalapenos that I have planted are Tam, Craigs Grande, and Nadapeno.

Fast forward to the recipe you need:
Jalapeno Jelly = 2:30
Jalapeno Poppers = 16:40
Cowboy Candy = 17:54

I have two parakeets. They love to hear me talk, or they don't, and they're just arguing with me. Either way, sometimes they're noise. Their names are Alice and Petey. We thought Alice was a girl but he is not. We, affectionately, call him Boy Alice, or Alice Cooper.

Jalapeno Jelly:
