The Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences is located in Nordhausen, Thuringia, Germany. Established in 1997 after reunification of Germany, As of 2012, the Fachhochschule has 2,461 students enrolled and 45 professors. It offers Bachelor's and Master's degrees in business administration, public management, and business engineering, among others.

Due to the integrated campus concept and the location of the university in the city of Nordhausen, the unity of research and teaching, studying and living on campus is possible and offers almost unrivaled conditions for interesting and pleasant studying on the southern edge of the Harz. The 11 hectare campus provides enough space to combine teaching and research as well as sport, culture and living on campus. This makes it possible to study the short distances, intensive supervision in small study groups and in ultra-modern laboratories and classrooms.
